Below, we have provided a list of information to help you better understand the details of our event. This includes frequently asked questions about everything from the registration process, to what to expect at the event. Prior to Attending

 

What Are the Dates for The Jayco Jubilee?

The Jayco Jubilee starts Monday, January 15 and departure is Saturday, January 20th by Noon EST.

 

Where is the Jayco Jubilee being held?

Florida Strawberry Festival

What does it cost to attend?

The cost to attend the Jubilee is $330 for each RV/campsite with an additional ticket cost for attendees. Every guest, including the primary registrant, will add an attendance ticket for $125 per person. This ticket includes access to all activities and happenings throughout the week, daily breakfast and food trucks, shuttle and tickets to the Tampa RV Show and more. Every person needs to be registered.

 

May I attend the Jubilee in an RV that wasn’t built by Jayco?

No. Jubilee attendees MUST be in an RV built by Jayco RV. We are not accepting registrants for any of our sister brands. Upon registering, you will be prompted to include your Jayco VIN.

 

When does registration begin to sign up to attend the event?

Registration will open on Monday, October 30, Noon (12PM) EST. You can register by any mobile device or computer. Registration requires internet access and is first come first serve. Visit the Jayco Facebook page on Monday for the link.

 

Am I Guaranteed a Spot?

There are 86 sites available. They are not guaranteed. When the registration fills up, you will be placed on a waitlist if you wish.

 

Will there be a waiting list if the Jubilee gets fully booked?

Yes, when the Jubilee becomes fully booked, you will have the option to be placed on the wait list. If a spot becomes available, guests will be notified in the order that they were added to the wait list. If you are chosen, you will receive an email notification including the opportunity to register. Spots will be 50amp, 30amp or no hookups. You will have 24 hours to respond.

 

Can all campsites accommodate any size unit?

Each campsite is pull through. They can accommodate our largest motorhome we offer.

 

How many vehicles are allowed on a campsite?

1 vehicle per camping spot. There is an overflow parking area.

 

Will the fairgrounds provide parking tags?

Parking tags will be provided to you during on-site check in.

 

Can I choose my own site?

No, you will receive an email 30 days prior to arrival with your assigned site information. Sites will be assigned randomly.

 

How do I know what kind of site I’m signing up for?

There will be an option to select if you need 30- or 50-AMP service during registration.

 

Will Jayco work on my unit while at the Jubilee?

There will be no service on site. If your unit requires service, we can provide the appropriate customer service information for troubleshooting assistance.

 

Is there a schedule of activities available to view?

Yes, a brief schedule for the week is at the end of this FAQ. A detailed schedule will be available on our event app, for registrants only to access.

 

Registration Process

 

How do I register for the Jayco Jubilee

Registration begins on Monday, October 30th at Noon (12PM) EST. Visit the Jayco Facebook page at that time for the registration link.

 

What information do I need to provide to register?

Upon registration, you will be prompted to provide full information of each guest in your party, unit information including your VIN, as well as payment upfront for your campsite and tickets.

 

What payment methods are allowed to register?

You will need to pay for the campsite and tickets in order to complete your registration. We are only accepting credit cards.

 

What happens if I have to cancel my reservation?

If you need to cancel or modify your registration, please refer back to your confirmation email. The deadline to cancel your registration is November 20th, 2023 for a refund of 100%. If you cancel after the deadline, but prior to January 1, 2024, you will receive a 75% refund. If you need to cancel after January 1, 2024 for any reason, you need to contact the event team direct at [email protected] to discuss refund options.

 

Am I able to rent a golf cart?

Golf cart rental is not available on-site. You can bring your own golf cart. If you are bringing a golf cart you will need to provide proof of insurance upon the time of registering.

 

* Any guest bringing their golf cart to the event must have their golf cart registered with the Jayco staff. Upon check in to the event, you will receive a sign to place on your golf cart indicating you have the proper approval to use it on the grounds. YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR PERSONAL GOLF CART INSURANCE IN ORDER TO USE YOUR CART ON THE GROUNDS. Any golf cart found on grounds without the proper approvals, will be required to put it away, and will not be allowed to drive it on the grounds. If you do not have your golf cart insurance on hand right now, you will be able to add your golf cart when you sign up for activities in a few weeks. You will also be able to bring proof of insurance to the event and register it on site.

 

What is included in registration/tickets?

Your registration and tickets include access to all activities throughout the week. This includes but is not limited to food, yoga, children’s activities, flag designs, campfire chats, movie night, raffles, bingo, shuttle and ticket to the Tampa RV Show, scavenger hunt, swag and more.

Am I able to go to the Tampa RV Show?

Yes, two months prior to the start of the show, you will receive an email with the opportunity to sign up for activities, including attending the Tampa RV Show. Your ticket to the Jubilee covers the fees for you to attend the show for one day. We will have a shuttle to take guests to the show and return them back to the Jubilee. Available dates and times will be on the activity sign up form. If you wish to attend the show more than one day, you will be responsible for your additional tickets and potentially transportation.

 

Do I have to sign up for crafts or activities before the Jubilee starts?

Yes, we ask that you pay close attention to the email you will be receiving two months prior to the start of the event. This will allow you the opportunity to sign up for all activities and happenings.

What is the cost for the activities?

Activities are included with the cost of your ticket when you register.

 

Meals

 

How many meals are included in the cost of the event?

Each day includes a meal of some type, and most days more than one meal. This will vary from breakfast, snacks and dinners, on different days. The final meal accommodations will be included on the event website, and in an email to registered guests.

 

Are there other food options at the fairgrounds?

No. There are several local restaurants and fast-food options in the surrounding area.

 

Are there local food options?

Please use Google Maps for restaurants in the area. You can search Plant City, FL restaurants.

 

Do you have reduced-price reservations if we don’t want to have the meals?

No, there will be no reduced-price reservations for guests.

 

Are there meals available for special diets?

Yes, upon registration, we ask that you specific any dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate all needs.

 

Upon Arrival

 

What Gate should I use to enter the Strawberry Fairgrounds?

You will need to enter through Gate 92 to access on-site check in and there you will be provided further instructions. Signage and banners will be posted to direct you.

 

Can we arrive before Monday 1/15 and how do we make reservations?

The campground is reserved for guests from Monday, January 15 – Saturday, January 20 at noon, for all registrants. If you require camping outside of those dates and times, you are responsible for finding a nearby campground. Guests will not be permitted to camp on site outside of those dates and times.

 

Can we stay at the Strawberry Fairgrounds after the Jayco Jubilee is over?

No, all guests are required to leave the property no later than noon on Saturday, January 20.

 

Are power adapters needed?

No, owners will need their standard plug for their 50- or 30-AMP service.

 

How much electric cord, sewer hose and water hoses are necessary to reach the services at the campgrounds?

Campsites are full hook ups. You will want standard hoses and cords for the services.

 

Is there a handicap parking area available?

Upon registration, please indicate that you are handicapped. While there is no dedicated handicap parking, our team will assign you to the closest camping spots to activities, and be able to arrange golf cart assistance if needed.

 

What is the pet policy?

All tents, pavilions and buildings at the Strawberry Fairgrounds are pet-free (with the exception of certified service animals in work mode.) If your pet is outside, it must be restrained in an appropriate manner and on a leash if being exercised. Please remember to pick up after your pet(s) and dispose of waste properly. Upon registration, you will be required to “AGREE” to the pet policy in full detail.

 

Can I volunteer to help at the Jayco Jubilee?

No volunteers are needed for this event.

 

Are there shirts available for the Jayco Jubilee

Guests will receive shirts and swag upon in-person registration, on the first day of the event. Shirts will not be available to the public at this time.

 

May I bring my scooter, bike, golf cart or Segway?

You may bring your own golf cart. Other items are not permitted. If you are bringing a golf cart you will need to provide proof of insurance upon the time of registering.

Is this event kid-friendly?

Yes, children are always welcome.

 

Do you have overflow parking available?

Yes, there is an area for overflow parking.

 

How can I get a camp site next to my friend or family, we want to be in the same area?

Campsites will be assigned at random. You will receive an email detailing the information 30 days prior to event.

 

I have a golf cart or motorcycle with me, where can I unload my toys?

You will need to unload before parking at your campsite. We will have an area large enough to accommodate that process.

 

What happens if I arrive after the Check-in station is closed?

The check-in station will open on Monday, January 15 at 9AM EST. You will receive a time slot for your arrival time 30 days prior, along with your site information. If you cannot make your check in time, you will be able to arrive after your time slot. If you arrive after check-in closes, there will be security at the gate and they will notify the appropriate person to assist you with getting registered.

 

After Check In, On Site

 

Is there a picnic table at each campsite?

There are no picnic tables on-site.

 

Is there a fire pit at each campsite?

No, there are no fires permitted on site. There will be a designated fire pit area for campfire night, that adheres to all fire rules in place by the property. If a fire is made at your campsite or outside of that area, you will be asked to put it out immediately.

 

Where do I find information on-site?

At check in you will receive a badge with a QR code to find information about the event. At any point during the event, you can locate one of the Jayco team members for assistance.

 

Is there a dump station available?

Yes, there is a dump station available on site.

 

Are there showers on site?

There are no on-site showers available.

 

Is there a laundry facility on site?

No.

 

What amenities are on-site?

There are no on-site amenities, other than the happenings of the event. Mobile restrooms will be available.

 

Is there a propane filling station on site?

No.

 

Can I receive packages while at the Jayco Jubilee?

No, we will not be accepting or handling any packages throughout the event. Please do not send anything to the property, as there will not be a designated person there to receive it.

 

What do we do in case of inclement weather?

There will be inclement weather instructions upon check in.

 

Misc.

How should we pack/dress for the Jubilee?

You will want to plan ahead and dress accordingly! Tampa area during this time of year can fluctuate from cold, to hot, sunny, to rainy. There will be a tent set up for the main events for coverage, but all activities and happenings will be outdoors. 

 

How many people are expected to be at the event?

With 86 campsites to fill, there will be approximately 220 guests at the event. This does not include additional guests joining throughout the week, including sponsors and Jayco team members.
